This oil painting captures a golden autumn scene in Newtown, Powys. Dolerw Park has a collection of amazing mature trees, and this particular day made me hold my breath at the beauty and stillness, with only the rustling of leaves and bird song.
The size of the original painting is 40cm by 50cm. It is currently unframed and is painted around the edge of the canvas to allow it to be hung unframed if desired.
