Description
This oil painting was painted after a walk around Pagham Harbour in West Sussex at dusk. The harbour dries out at low tide and was beginning to empty. The purple cloud bank in the sky covered the evening sun, but its light reflected in the water. It was a peaceful and wonderful scene. Pagham is a nature reserve and home to many seabirds, especially over winter.
The size of the painting is 40cm by 50cm. It is currently unframed and is painted around the edge of the canvas to allow it to be hung unframed if desired.
